Job Role: Lead Generation Executive
Location: Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad
Eligibility:
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
- Candidate must be currently based in Ghaziabad/Delhi NCR
Salary:
- ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month
- For candidates with relevant experience in a similar role, salary is negotiable as per experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding basic banking concepts, especially related to the loan segment
- Generating leads and following up with clients on a regular basis
- Handling customer queries and providing accurate information regarding banking products
- Managing and verifying loan-related documentation files
- Having working knowledge of DSA (Direct Selling Agent) processes in the banking sector
- Coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing of leads
- Maintaining lead data and reports using MS Excel.
- Using MS Power point, Making and presentation such ppt's.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of the banking and loan domain
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries efficiently
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
