Job Title: Temporary Tele Caller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Temporary Tele Caller to support our outreach and communication activities. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, students, or leads, sharing relevant information, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage effectively with people over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads and contacts.
- Explain company services, programs, or offerings clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospective customers and address basic queries.
- Maintain accurate call records and update data in the CRM or database.
- Collect and verify customer information during interactions.
- Achieve daily call targets and follow communication guidelines.
- Escalate complex queries or concerns to the appropriate team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth lead management.
Requirements:
- Graduate qualification preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
