Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Meet quality, productivity, and response time targets.
- Follow company policies and customer service standards.

- Graduate in any discipline.Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: ₹13,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive per month
- Experienced: ₹14,000 + ₹1,000 Incentive per month
- Salary hike after 6 months and 1 year
