German Proficiency: B2 / C1 or above

Key Requirements:

Strong English communication skills
Experience in Hire to Retire (H2R) HR processes
Exposure to European HR operations / global shared services / outsourcing environments
Knowledge of HR systems like Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors
Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end Hire to Retire lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding)
HR helpdesk and Tier 1 support (for Associate role)
Payroll coordination, benefits administration, and L&D support
Ensure compliance with German and international labor regulations
Collaborate with HR, IT, content, and client engagement teams
Drive process improvements, quality, and risk management

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management
Experience in Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or shared services
