Sales & Marketing Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote company products/services, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, meeting customers, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, calls, emails, and online platforms
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Present and promote products/services to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Follow up with clients for payments and feedback
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales and marketing preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
