- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
- Ability to work with incident management and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and end-users effectively.
