Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) – Science to join our academic team. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering scientific curiosity and critical thinking among students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to senior secondary students in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and practical activities.
- Conduct laboratory sessions while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Implement competency-based and experiential learning methodologies.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices into classroom instruction.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate academic records and submit reports as required.
- Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and professional development programmes.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in the relevant Science subject (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience in a reputed school will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technologies.
- Strong understanding of competency-based education and the latest educational practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
