We are seeking an experienced SAP PI/PO Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support integration solutions within our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Process Integration (PI) and Process Orchestration (PO) capabilities, including configuration, development, and monitoring of interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable integration solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement complex integration scenarios using SAP PI/PO, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Configure and administer SAP PI/PO components, including System Landscape Directory (SLD), Enterprise Services Repository (ESR), and Integration Directory (ID).
- Develop and maintain various types of mappings (graphical, XSLT, Java) and adapter configurations (e.g., SOAP, REST, JDBC, FILE, SFTP, RFC, IDoc, Proxy, HTTP, EDI).
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical integration specifications.
- Perform comprehensive testing of integration scenarios, including unit testing, integration testing, and support for user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing interfaces, identify root causes of issues, and implement effective solutions to ensure system stability and performance.
- Optimize and tune SAP PI/PO interfaces for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for all SAP PI/PO related interfaces and processes.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay current with SAP integration technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our integration landscape.
- Participate in SAP upgrade and migration projects, specifically focusing on PI/PO landscape changes and interface compatibility.
- Manage security aspects related to integration, including certificates, user authorizations, and secure communication protocols.
