Gephical, India's leading E-Commerce startup, is building e-commerce solutions for Everyone. We are looking for Multi-Linguistic Experts who can provide linguistic and cultural expertise to help and improve the customer Experience on Indian languages.
Job Title : We are seeking a multi-linguistic person for business operations for our E-commerce startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide linguistic and phonetic expertise in more than two of the following languages: Hindi (dialects preferred), Odia(Oriya) and Bengali.
- Interact with vendor and customer in con-vincible manner in the Indian languages.
- Evaluate language data for correctness, tone and contextual appropriateness.
- Collaborate remotely with technical and E-Commerce team to ensure quality and consistency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Linguistics, Languages or related fields.
- Native or near-native fluency in at least two of the target languages.
- Command of English for documentation and communication.
- Travel for Business Operations is Essential.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of multiple dialects or regional variants.
- Written Communication in multiple Indian languages is Preferred.
Qualification : Graduate/M.B.A.
