About the Role
As an Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of our daily service delivery. You'll coordinate bookings, manage field staff schedules, track service quality, and make sure every customer gets a smooth, on-time experience. This is a hands-on execution role with plenty of room to grow into bigger operational responsibilities as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily service bookings and field staff
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery to every customer
- Track and follow up on ongoing jobs to keep operations running smoothly
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, schedules, and daily activity
- Support field teams and help solve on-ground problems as they come up
- Monitor service quality and flag issues for improvement
- Coordinate with sales, support, and the wider team
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across service areas
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or customer-facing roles (freshers welcome)
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
- Good knowledge of Surat's local areas and neighborhoods
- Comfortable using apps, smartphones, and basic dashboards
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
