We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage business application implementations and IT projects. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in ERP, POS, HRMS, CRM, or other enterprise software implementations, along with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software implementation and system integration projects.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
- Manage application upgrades, testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure smooth operation and optimization of business applications.
- Monitor system performance and resolve application-related issues.
- Drive process improvements through technology solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, with hands-on experience in software implementation.
- Experience with ERP, POS, HRMS, CRM, or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the retail or hypermarket industry is an added advantage.
