Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D Visualizer to join our team. The candidate must be strong in AutoCAD drawing and detailing along with 3D visualization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate 2D working drawings and layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and walkthrough animations.
- Coordinate with the design team to translate concepts into visual presentations.
- Ensure precision in drawings to support site execution and client approvals.
- Present 3D visuals for client meetings and design discussions.
- Meet project deadlines with quality output.
Required Skills:
- Strong AutoCAD drawing skills (detailed 2D plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings).
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray.
- Knowledge of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques.
- Ability to create realistic walkthroughs and presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in an interior design or architectural firm.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D visualizations.
