Job Description
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, multitasking, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day duties generally split across three major areas: clerical support, facility maintenance, and internal team coordination.
Front-Desk & Communication: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally. Manage incoming phone calls, route emails, and handle physical mail/packages distribution.
Office Operations: Coordinate daily office activities to secure efficiency. Track stocks of office supplies (stationery, kitchen essentials, printer toner) and proactively place orders.
Scheduling & Logistics: Manage shared company agendas, book meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for upper management.
Data & Documentation: Create, update, and maintain physical and digital databases (such as personnel logs, asset tracking, or client records). Ensure sensitive paperwork is filed securely.
Financial & Basic HR Support: Assist the accounting team with basic bookkeeping tasks, tracking invoices, processing receipts, or logging employee attendance.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Odia preferred)

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
