Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in online bidding, client acquisition, and IT services sales, with a proven track record of closing projects across Web, Mobile, AI, and Blockchain domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, bid on, and close projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online portals
- Analyze client requirements and prepare customized, high-conversion proposals
- Lead client communication, negotiations, and deal closures
- Manage and optimize company profiles on bidding platforms to improve win rate
- Coordinate with technical teams for project estimation, scope definition, and timelines
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and lead generation targets
- Mentor junior bidders or BDEs, when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Online Bidder with strong closure ratios
- Solid understanding of Web, Mobile, AI, and Blockchain services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and client-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver against targets
