Front Desk Officer/Receptionist
Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to manage reception duties, welcome visitors, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner
- Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain visitor records and office logs
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
- Coordinate with different departments as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Ensure office security procedures are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or customer service representative
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and telephone systems
- Knowledge of scheduling and office management procedures
