Job Title Java Technical Trainer – Transition to PEGA Technical Trainer
Location HYD / BLR / PUNE / NOIDA Employment Type Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for passionate and technically strong Java Trainers/Developers who are interested in transitioning into the PEGA ecosystem. The selected candidates will initially train students on Java and database technologies while undergoing structured internal training on the PEGA platform. Upon successful completion of the training program, candidates will be deployed as PEGA Technical Trainers. This role is ideal for professionals with strong programming fundamentals, teaching ability, and an interest in learning enterprise low-code BPM technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Java & DBMS Training Deliver training sessions on:
o Core Java o Advanced Java
o OOP Concepts
o JDBC
o SQL & DBMS
o Collections & Exception Handling
o Basic Web Technologies Conduct coding labs, assessments, and hands-on sessions. Guide students in developing mini-projects and assignments. PEGA Upskilling Program Participate in structured internal PEGA training sessions.
Learn PEGA concepts including:
o BPM & Workflow Automation
o Case Management
o UI Development
o Integrations
o Decision Rules
o Application Development Complete PEGA certification roadmap as guided by the organization. Mentorship & Student Engagement Mentor students in coding practices and technical problem-solving.
Support learners in project development and interview preparation. Create engaging, project-based learning experiences for students. Curriculum & Content Support Assist in preparing technical content, coding exercises, and lab manuals.
Support the development of PEGA training materials during the transition phase. Continuously improve training methodologies and learner engagement. Collaboration & Learning Work closely with senior PEGA trainers and technical teams.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and enterprise application trends. Participate in workshops, hackathons, and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills Strong knowledge of:
o Core Java & Advanced Java
o OOP Concepts
o JDBC & Database Connectivity
o SQL / DBMS o Basic Software Development Concepts Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and APIs is an added advantage. Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies is preferred. Soft Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring learners. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and transition into PEGA technology. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Java certifications are an added advantage.
Experience 5–8 years of experience in Java development or technical training. Technical Trainer → PEGA Technical Trainer → Senior PEGA Trainer / Solution Consultant Preferred Candidate Profile Enthusiastic about learning enterprise technologies. Strong aptitude for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. Interested in building a long-term career in PEGA and enterprise application training.
