ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for quality inspection of civil works in residential Mivan shuttering and Residential High-rise projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct daily inspections of shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing works.
· Prepare ITPs, MTPs, checklists, NCRs, and inspection reports.
· Verify materials and workmanship as per project specifications.
· Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
· Coordinate with contractors to resolve site quality issues.
· Maintain NCR logs, quality reports, and audit documentation.
Skills & Competencies:
· Expertise in Mivan shuttering and Residential High-rise construction.
· Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and IS codes.
· Proficient in report preparation and NCR management.
· Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
Qualifications:
· B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
· 5–8 years of QA/QC experience in residential high-rise projects.
· ISO/QMS knowledge preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
