Job Summary
Varthana is looking for an Executive - Collections who should be action-oriented and will be responsible for managing timely overdue payments, and ensuring there are zero delinquencies for the branch. The Executive will also be coordinating with customers to build solid relationships to increase customer satisfaction.
Key Role Deliverables
● Customer Engagement: ○ Engaging the customers by providing necessary information about the date of payment and regularly taking feedback about the company ○ Working towards increasing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards the company
● Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections
● Collection Management: Managing the timely payment of the overdue and following up regularly with the delinquent customers to make sure that payments are done
● Relationship Management: Building a solid relationship with customers, for a better customer experience
Preferred Profile
● Minimum Education Qualification: Graduation
● 0 - 2 years of experience in Secured / Unsecured / Mortgages / Hard Bucket collections
● Influential communication skills in English and local languages
● Self-motivated, passionate about the domain, eager to learn new things, and takes the initiative & challenges
● Understanding the local market is mandatory
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
