Position: Assistant Sales & Service Manager

Reports to: Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in achieving sales targets for UPS, batteries, inverters, and video solutions.
- Assist with lead generation, client meetings, quotations, negotiations, and order closure.
- Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business.
- Coordinate with the service team for installations, maintenance, and customer support.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Assist in planning and executing installation projects while coordinating site readiness and schedules.
- Work closely with sales, service, and installation teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain sales, service, and installation records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.
