- Install and configure Windows, Linux, applications, and other required tools by users.
- Troubleshooting, diagnose and resolve Hardware, software and network issues on desktop and laptop.
- Install updates, and new software versions to ensure systems are secure and optimized.
- Assist users Network connectivity issues, Domain join, including wired and wireless network problems.
- Track IT equipment and software licenses, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Document issues, resolutions, and FAQs to build a knowledge base for future support.
- Ensure timely responses to tickets and requests, providing professional communication and updates to users.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with installation, hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, ISPs) and remote troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, LAN, WAN, Anti-Virus, Security patch and other business applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of network security practices.
