About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can independently handle our daily design, e-commerce and digital marketing requirements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and be comfortable creating both product listing creatives and engaging short-form videos.
Key Responsibilities
- Design professional product listing images for Flipkart, Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create product feature, benefit, specification and comparison creatives.
- Design Instagram/Facebook posts, stories, banners and promotional creatives.
- Edit Instagram Reels, product videos and promotional advertisements.
- Create thumbnails, campaign creatives and festival/event designs.
- Product photo editing, background removal, retouching and enhancement.
- Create marketing creatives according to brand guidelines.
- Work with the marketing/sales team to convert ideas into high-quality visual content.
- Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of creative production.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects
- Product photo editing & retouching
- E-commerce listing image design
- Social media creative design
- Short-form video editing
- Basic motion graphics
- Good understanding of typography, composition and colour
- Knowledge of AI design/video tools will be an advantage.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a product and communicate its benefits visually.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of Instagram/e-commerce trends.
- Portfolio is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in agriculture, machinery, tools, e-commerce or product-based brands will be preferred.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates may be given a small practical design/video task to evaluate their actual skills.
