Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant located in Kochi. The Food and Beverage Assistant will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests and ensuring high-quality customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness in dining and preparation areas, supporting the team during peak service hours, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage handling
- Strong skills in Customer Service and effective Communication
- Experience in Food Service, including maintaining service quality and presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols is desirable
- Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
