Human Resources Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and department HODs.
- Assist in recruitment and joining formalities.
- Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters and other HR documents.
- Verify employee documents and maintain personal files.
- Update employee master data.
- Attendance & Leave
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Process leave applications.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll.
- Coordinate attendance discrepancies with departments. Employee Documentation
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Issue ID Cards, Gate Passes and other HR documents.
- Maintain HR MIS and employee database.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee records. Payroll & Compliance Support
- Assist in payroll attendance preparation.
- Support PF, ESIC and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate employee document collection and KYC updates. Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Support induction, training and welfare programs.
- Organize birthdays, festivals and recognition programs. B. Administration
- Maintain office records and administrative documents.
- Coordinate housekeeping and office cleanliness.
- Coordinate security and visitor management.
- Maintain office stationery inventory.
- Raise and track purchase requisitions for office supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Assist in travel, accommodation and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain meeting rooms and office facilities.
- Support audit documentation and administrative compliance.
- Coordinate AMC and office equipment maintenance.
- Handle courier, dispatch and inward/outward registers. Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent).
- MBA/PGDM (HR) will be an added advantage. Experience
- 0–5 Years of experience in HR and Administration.
- Freshers with strong computer skills and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Textile Industry will be an added advantage. Required Skills Computer Skills (Mandatory)
- Strong computer knowledge is compulsory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel is will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,181.00 per month
