Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Support Executive with strong hands-on experience in SAP Business One, reporting, SQL, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customized SAP B1 modules (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Finance) to align with business processes, compliance, and reporting needs.
- Designed, developed, and maintained advanced Crystal Reports for SAP Business One, including:
- Sales, Purchase, Inventory, AR/AP, and Management MS reports
- Parameter-driven and datasets dynamic reports (branch, customer, item-wise)
- Reports using sub reports, formulas, conditional formatting, and grouping
- Customized documents layouts (Invoice, Delivery Note, Purchase Order, Credit Note)
- Performance-optimized reports using efficient SAP HANA SQL queries for large datasets
- Developed complex SAP HANA SQL queries, views, and stored procedures with a focus on accuracy, reusability, and performance tuning.
- Collaborated with stakeholders to translate business and reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Built in-house automation solutions using C# and ChatGPT, reducing vendor dependency and saving significant development and maintenance costs.
- Developed and exposed custom SAP B1 APIs to support integrations such as maintenance workflows, loyalty programs, and internal applications.
- Provided ongoing SAP B1 application and reporting support, resolving system, data, and integration issues for smooth operations.
- Delivered user training and knowledge transfer, enabling system usage and report interpretation.
- Ensured system stability, data integrity, and performance through monitoring, preventive maintenance, and controlled enhancements.
- Created and maintained functional and technical documentation, including SOPs, process flows, and reporting logic.
- Worked closely with Finance, Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and IT teams to optimize business processes using SAP B1 best practices.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Hands-on experience in SAP B1 modules, Crystal Reports, SAP HANA SQL, and SAP B1 APIs.
- Strong understanding of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, AR/AP, and Warehouse processes.
- Experience in SAP B1 application and reporting support.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
