We are actively expanding our bench sales team and looking for a highly driven Bench Sales Recruiter to market our pool of IT consultants, negotiate rates, and build strong vendor relationships in the North American market.
Key ResponsibilitiesConsultant Marketing: Proactively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, US Citizens) to Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, and direct clients.Requirement
Sourcing: Daily extraction of requirements from portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.Resume
Formatting: Tailor and rewrite consultant resumes to perfectly match client job descriptions.
Rate Negotiation: Negotiate optimum pay rates (W2, C2C, 1099) with vendors and clients while ensuring maximum profitability.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, provide technical briefings to consultants, and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process.
Database Management: Maintain updated tracking records in internal ATS/CRM systems regarding submissions, interviews, and placements.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience: [ 2–5] years of solid, proven experience in US IT Bench Sales. Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of current IT technologies (e.g., Java, Cloud, Salesforce, Data Engineering).
Immigration Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of US tax terms and employment visas.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills and aggressive negotiation
Pay: ₹10,097.76 - ₹42,377.21 per month
Work Location: In person
