Job Summary
Alliance Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Lean Coordinator to drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, reducing waste, improving productivity, enhancing process efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Poka-Yoke, Visual Management, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Conduct process studies and analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and waste.
- Coordinate Kaizen projects and monitor implementation progress.
- Facilitate Lean awareness and training programs for employees at all levels.
- Develop and maintain Lean performance dashboards and reports.
- Support cross-functional teams in achieving operational excellence objectives.
- Conduct internal audits related to Lean initiatives and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement culture across all departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Assist management in achieving productivity and cost reduction targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred) will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations.
- Excellent communication, training and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
