Primary Teacher (With Basic Computer Knowledge) – Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess students' academic progress and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and learning materials.
- Support the overall development of students through co-curricular and classroom activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and well-being.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Use basic computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email for academic and administrative tasks.
- Prepare digital learning resources and presentations to enhance classroom teaching.
- Update student records, attendance, and reports using school software when required.
- Assist in organizing school programs, competitions, and educational activities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to achieve academic goals.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and child safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with relevant teaching qualification.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for teaching and working with young learners.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
