Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and products. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and evaluate mechanical systems, products, and components.
- Create technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Conduct research and analysis to support design and manufacturing processes.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of mechanical systems and prototypes.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance during manufacturing and installation processes.
- Prepare reports and communicate project progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer or similar role (typically 2–5+ years depending on level).
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or certifications are a plus.
