Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Success Executive who will own the success of our hotel partners end-to-end — from onboarding to adoption to retention.
This is not a support role.
You’ll work directly with customers to ensure they see real business impact from Guestara.
What You’ll Do
- Onboard new hotel partners and ensure smooth go-live
- Train teams and drive product adoption across properties
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Understand customer workflows and solve on-ground challenges
- Monitor usage, identify gaps, and proactively improve engagement
- Drive retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction
- Work closely with product and founders to share feedback and improve the platform
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in Customer Success / Support / Account Management (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to run demos, onboarding calls, and training sessions
- High ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality tech or working with hotels
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms
- Exposure to onboarding or implementation roles

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
