Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, conducting property site visits, and converting inquiries into successful sales. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy meeting people, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and close property deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM or sales register.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on company projects, pricing, and market trends.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in dealing with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphones.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

Eligibility
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Insurance, Banking, or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Local candidates from Rishikesh, Dehradun, Haridwar, or nearby areas are preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license are preferred.
