Act as the primary SPOC for clients and senior stakeholders for LOS, BRE, and API-driven integrations. Own client communication: status reporting, demos, risk/issue escalation, and expectation management. Manage stakeholder involving business, credit, risk, compliance, operations, and IT teams. Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across BA, Dev, QA, and client teams. Lead end-to-end requirement management for BRE rules and LOS workflows, including documentation, validation, and sign-offs. Translate credit policies, decision rules, and workflows into clear BRE functional specifications. Collaborate with technology teams on LOS APIs (KYC, bureau, decisioning, disbursement, LMS integrations). Define API functional requirements, request/response structures, business validations, and error scenarios.
