Position: Quality Engineer (Building Projects)
Payroll: Indus Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Industry: Building Construction / Real Estate / PMC Projects
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Civil)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control and quality assurance for building construction activities.
- Conduct inspections of RCC, finishing, and structural works.
- Review method statements, ITPs, checklists, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor compliance with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, NCRs, and corrective action reports.
- Maintain all quality records and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Experience in QA/QC for residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects.
- Knowledge of IS Codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction quality standards.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
