About Mehta Tubes Limited
Mehta Tubes Limited is an established copper and copper-alloy tube manufacturer operating under the MEXFLOW® brand. Our Umbergaon facility (Unit II) runs modern tube-making operations — melting, casting, extrusion, drawing, annealing, finning and finishing — serving HVAC, medical gas pipeline, plumbing and industrial applications. We invest in current manufacturing technology and in the people who run it, and we manage our operations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
About the Role
You will own Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the group — the single ERP that runs finance, procurement, sales, inventory, stores, production and operations. This is a hands-on-enough leadership role: you set the standards, manage the implementation partners and developers, lead enhancements and upgrades, protect data integrity and security, and make the ERP genuinely useful to the business. You will also lead a small ERP/IT support team. For an ERP professional who wants end-to-end ownership rather than a slice of someone else's system, this is a strong opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Dynamics 365 Business Central environment group-wide — availability, performance, security and reliability.
- Manage configuration, modules, users, roles, permissions, master data and system enhancements.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Sales and HR to analyse processes, gather requirements and deliver ERP solutions and process improvements.
- Lead implementations, roll-outs, migrations, upgrades, integrations, testing/UAT and go-lives across units.
- Direct partners and developers on AL extensions, customisations, APIs and integrations — you set scope and quality, you needn't be a full-time AL developer.
- Manage integrations with Power BI, Microsoft 365, banking, payroll and third-party systems.
- Enforce user access, segregation of duties, data integrity, backup, recovery and business continuity.
- Run incident, service-request, change and problem management with defined SLAs.
- Manage Microsoft partners/vendors — contracts, deliverables, performance and cost.
- Lead a small ERP/IT support team; mentor and build key-user capability across departments.
- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation and audit records; support IT/financial audits and IT governance.
- Report to management on ERP performance, projects, risks and improvement initiatives.

8–10 years in ERP, with 5+ years hands-on on Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV, including implementation, administration, support and upgrades. Manufacturing ERP exposure strongly preferred.

Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV is the core requirement. This role is the functional owner of the ERP for the group.
