Job Description
Lead Generation & Prospecting:Assist in identifying potential clients through research, online platforms, and outreach activities. Maintain and update a database of leads.
Client Interaction Support:Support the team in managing client communications and follow-ups. Ensure timely responses and assist in maintaining positive relationships.
Proposal & Presentation Assistance:Work with internal teams to help create basic proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for prospective clients.
Sales Support:Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing documents, and supporting the team during client discussions and deal closures.
Market Research:Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential target markets. Share insights to support business development efforts.
Collaboration with Teams:Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and assist in execution support.
Reporting & Tracking:Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Assist in preparing basic reports on sales activities.
Networking Support:Assist in identifying relevant industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Key Skills Required
