About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our growing team in Kanpur. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable speaking with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, explaining our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Professionally explain company products and service
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Internet, Email).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or BPO is preferred.
