We are seeking a highly capable Operations Executive to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination activities. The ideal candidate should be a strong multitasker, quick learner, highly attentive, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently while ensuring smooth execution of tasks aligned with the Director’s priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Director-Level Coordination
- Work directly with the Director on daily operational and administrative matters
- Assist in planning, execution, and follow-up of tasks assigned by the Director
- Act as a coordination point between the Director and internal teams
Administration & Operations
- Handle administrative work including documentation, records, schedules, and reports
- Ensure smooth office operations and process coordination
- Manage emails, internal communication, and task tracking
Multitasking & Execution
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with accuracy and accountability
- Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Support decision-making with timely data, summaries, and insights
Marketing & Business Support
- Provide coordination support for marketing and business initiatives
- Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors or teams
- Support business operations related to sales, marketing, and growth initiatives
