Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining loan products, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers through calls and follow up on assigned leads.
- Explain personal loan, business loan, home loan, and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth loan processing.
- Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers also can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM preferred).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Experience in loan sales, banking, finance, or telesales is preferred but not mandatory.
