Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BIOLOGY Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of fundamental and advanced concepts in both subjects, with the ability to explain them clearly to students preparing for academic and competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-based lessons in BIOLOGY for classes [mention grade levels, e.g., 9–12 / NEET / JEE etc.].
- Create and evaluate assignments, tests, and quizzes to track student progress.
- Customize teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and academic needs.
- Support curriculum development and update study materials regularly.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic mentoring.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with academic coordinators and fellow trainers for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BIOLOGY or a related field.
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience (especially in a coaching or academic setup) is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with competitive exam preparation (JEE, NEET, Olympiads, etc.).
- Ability to create high-quality content and mock test papers.
- Use of digital tools and technology for teaching and student engagement.
