About Design Talk
Design Talk is a creative-first platform focused on design, Canva, AI tools, and creator education. We work with designers, creators, and brands to make design easy, productive, and accessible for everyone.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Human Resource Intern who can help us manage hiring, team coordination, and internal operations while growing in a fast-paced creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members
- Post job openings on different platforms
- Shortlist resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content team members
- Maintain employee records and HR documents
- Help manage attendance, task tracking, and team communication
- Support company culture, engagement, and internal activities
- Assist in creating HR policies and workflow systems
- Follow up with candidates and maintain hiring pipelines
Requirements
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, Notion, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in startups, creators, design, or media industry is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hiring platforms or LinkedIn recruitment
- Knowledge of Canva and creative industry workflows
- Good people management and communication skills

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per month
