Job Title : Travel & Expense (T&E) Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) operations, ensuring timely and accurate expense processing.
- Oversee policy compliance, internal controls, and audit processes for expense management.
- Manage and optimize T&E systems, including Concur, PeopleSoft, and expense audit automation tools.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow standardization.
- Administer and optimize the corporate card program, including vendor management and policy compliance.
- Monitor service levels (SLAs), expense trends, and corporate card performance to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to align T&E processes with organizational goals.
- Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to support decision-making and cost optimization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the T&E team while driving performance and continuous improvement.
- Resolve complex operational issues and ensure high-quality service delivery to internal stakeholders.
Requisites
- Bachelor//'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Travel & Expense operations and corporate card program management.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Concur, PeopleSoft, and AppZen or similar expense audit tools.
- Strong understanding of expense policies, internal controls, compliance, and financial governance.
- Experience in process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring timely service delivery.
