General Responsibilities
- Provide food and beverage service to guests professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in restaurant and banquet areas.
- Support smooth daily operations of the F&B department.
Service Responsibilities
- Welcome guests politely and assist them during service.
- Serve food and beverages as per hotel standards.
- Clear tables and arrange them for the next service.
- Refill water, cutlery, and service items when required.
- Assist Captains and Supervisors during busy operations.
Operational Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant setup before service.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, service stations, and pantry areas.
- Carry food orders from kitchen to guest tables carefully.
- Support banquet setup and event service operations.
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Handle service equipment carefully and safely.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations.
- Inform supervisors about guest requests or complaints immediately.
Skills Required
- Basic communication and guest handling skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and service mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy hours.
Qualification
- Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in hotel or restaurant service is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹13,232.03 - ₹15,000.00 per month
