Identify and generate qualified decision-maker leads
Use platforms: Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Clutch, Apollo / similar tools (preferred)
Submit customized Upwork proposals daily
Execute LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
Build target account lists (Germany, EU, UK, USA markets)
Identify key stakeholders (CTO, Founder, Product Owner, IT Managers)
Maintain lead data in CRM / tracking sheets
Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding
Strong research and prospecting ability
Good written English communication
Understanding of the IT services outsourcing industry
Utilising AI tools and extensions
