Role Overview
The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver, an innovative thinker, and capable of handling both functional and technical aspects of Odoo. Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide tailored Odoo solutions. Conduct on-site/Virtual client meetings, demonstrations, and requirement-gathering sessions
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Map business processes to Odoo functionalities and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design custom modules and integrations.
- Work closely with the technical team to design and implement custom modules and integrations.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization of Odoo.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements to maximize efficiency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Share knowledge and expertise with team members, contributing to the growth and development of our Odoo community.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, adhering to our quality standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with Odoo developments, industry trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills.
- Odoo certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, architecture and Frameworks,
- Hands-on experience with Odoo configuration, customization, and integration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹427,925.18 - ₹1,000,000.18 per year
