You are not just a caller; you are a career guide. Your goal is to reach out to prospective students and parents, understand their educational aspirations, and guide them toward the right courses offered by our institute. You will be the first point of contact for the brand and the primary driver of student enrollment.
- This is a high-reward, target-oriented role. Success is measured by:
- Lead Outreach (Daily Target): Conduct [60-80] high-quality outbound calls to pre-qualified leads.
- Counseling Quality: Convert cold/warm leads into "Walk-ins" (Campus visits). Enrollment Conversion (Primary Target): Close admissions for various skill-development and professional courses..
- o Database Management: Meticulously update the CRM with student feedback and follow-up dates.
- 3. Required Skills & Qualifications
- o Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) is the minimum; Graduation is preferred.
- o Language: Must be fluent in Bengali and Hindi. Functional English is a major plus for professional course counseling.
- o Experience: 0–3 years. Previous experience in education, insurance, or credit card sales is highly valued due to the "convincing" nature of the work.
- o Etiquette: Exceptional telephone manners and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
