Required Skills and Qualifications
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
- Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze sales data, forecast trends, and adapt strategies to market changes.
- Educational Background: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: 8–10 years in sales with proven leadership experience and a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales analytics tools, and performance metrics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
