Business Analyst – JD
- PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES-Data & Cloud (DACL)
1. Creating Business Value
- Execute discussions with the business to understand their requirements thoroughly. Analyze and map Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) for clarity and accuracy.
- Assist in designing existing business processes using automation technologies (such as AI/ML). Execute strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality organization-wide.
- Organize the implementation of business process re-engineering strategies. Utilize process modelling, data analytics, and change management techniques to achieve significant and sustained improvements in business performance.
2. Project Delivery
- Recommending and/or taking corrective and proactive steps when control limits are breached in require delivery.
- Regular sync-ups with the DACL Project Managers, partners and business users to keep a close eye on status and progress.
- Understand problem statement, analysis the root causes for problems and proposing solutions to higher management in form of modification of existing system, and processes, introduction of new emerging technology etc.
3. Continuous optimization
- Explore new methodologies and technologies for process innovation and seamless integration.
- Map technology requirements, identify gaps, and support the proposal of optimized solutions for streamlined operations.
4. Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Utilize visualizations and analysis to empower informed decisions.
- Extract actionable insights from large datasets, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
The role holder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, developing digital solutions, conducting feasibility studies, redesigning processes, and exploring innovative technologies to drive business improvements and profitability.
- INTERNAL CLIENTS: Role, you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work
- Department SPOC – To understand business challenges and user concerns in project delivery.
- EXTERNAL CLIENTS

- Partners: To monitor, coordinate and deliver high end projects.
- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
a) Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: B.E. or B.Tech. or bachelor’s degree
c) Work Experience
- 2 to 5 years of minimum work experience.
c) Technical Capabilities
- MS Office
- Project Management and Monitoring tools such as Jira preferred
Basic Data & Cloud Understanding:
- Provide valuable inputs on enterprise data strategy for the company.
- Charter the clear roadmap with the help of partners for data driven decisions utilizing existing data from internal and external sources.
- Understand usability od data and provide meaningful roadmap for projects with efficient solutions
- Mine and analyze company database to drive optimization, improvement of use case development and business strategies.
- Possess basic cloud understanding (Preferred Amazon Web Services (AWS)).
- Understand cloud basic structure and business value.
- End-to-end project management team which includes activity prioritization, monitoring, and timely delivery.
- Drive technological implementations using new age tech. tools and cloud over data.
- On time delivery and technical roadblocks.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Provide clear project roadmap with defined Minimum Viable Products (MVP) with value add.
- Provide risk mitigation plan for any delivery roadmap.

- Program Management related certifications
- Good knowledge of the project and program management landscape, tools and methodologies
- Strong domain knowledge with a Manufacturing company preferably
