We are hiring a dedicated and confident telecaller to join our growing team in Zirakpur. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Job Role: Telecaller
Location: Zirakpur
Experience Required: 1–2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain services/products to customers clearly
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Maintain customer database and daily call records
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
- Resolve basic customer queries politely
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Confident and professional speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email, CRM)
- Ability to convince and handle customers
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in calling, customer support, or sales process will be an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred
