We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who is highly analytical, numbers-first, and deeply comfortable with technology, data, and performance frameworks—someone who can own the full digital funnel end to end.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving measurable business growth through digital channels. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability across SEO, AEO, GEO, PPC, social media, and analytics. You will own performance metrics, optimize acquisition costs, scale organic and paid channels, and build a future-ready digital marketing engine for Moustache.
This is not a vanity-metrics role—we’re looking for someone obsessed with numbers, attribution, ROAS, conversion rates, and scalable growth.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
-
Own CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and revenue attribution across properties and brands.
-
Build performance frameworks for seasonal demand, long weekends, launches, and property-wise growth.
-
Continuously test, analyze, and scale high-performing campaigns.
Lead end-to-end SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page, off-page, and content optimization.
-
Drive AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure visibility across AI-driven search, voice, and answer platforms.
-
Work closely with content and product teams to optimize for search intent, structured data, FAQs, and entity-based search.
-
Track rankings, traffic quality, conversions, and long-term organic ROI.
Oversee social media channels with a performance-first mindset, not just content posting.
-
Align social strategy with business goals—traffic, leads, bookings, and brand lift.
-
Analyze platform-wise performance and optimize content formats, posting cadence, and spend.
-
Collaborate with content and influencer teams to maximize reach and conversion.
Own dashboards, reporting, and analysis across all digital channels.
-
Track funnel performance from impression click landing booking.
-
Use tools like GA4, Search Console, ad dashboards, heatmaps, and attribution models to drive insights.
-
Present clear, actionable performance reports to leadership with recommendations.
Build quarterly and annual digital growth plans aligned with business targets.
-
Identify new growth opportunities, channels, tools, and automation possibilities.
-
Work closely with product, design, content, and revenue teams to improve conversion and user journeys.
-
Ensure marketing decisions are backed by data, not assumptions.
