Job Summary:
Urban Vista is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager from the Furniture / Manufacturing industry to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, handling employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom, sales, factory, and corporate roles
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Handle employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Maintain HR MIS reports and recruitment trackers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Manage performance appraisal and review processes
- Resolve employee queries and handle grievance management
- Supervise day-to-day HR operations and team coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduation / MBA in HR or related field preferred
- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience
- Furniture industry experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Experience in hiring for sales, showroom, and factory roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
