Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to oversee office operations, manage staff, generate business leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, along with the ability to drive business growth through lead generation, email marketing, and client meetings.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Lead Generation & Email Marketing
- Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects through email, phone calls, and meetings.
- Maintain and update the CRM/database with lead and client information.
Client Meetings
- Schedule and conduct client meetings at the office.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client requirements.
Office Administration & Staff Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative and support staff.
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and task completion.
- Maintain office discipline and ensure operational efficiency.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Track sales pipeline, lead conversion rates, and marketing performance.
- Provide regular updates to management on business progress and office operations.
Required Skills

- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Office Management.
- Fresh candidates with exceptional communication and leadership skills may also be considered.
